  Project Background:The Qiandao Lake to Jiaxing Water Diversion Project is a major livelihood infrastructure project in Zhejiang Province.Introducing high-quality water sources from Qiandao Lake to cities along the route is necessary to improve people's quality of life.There are 8 kilometers of shield tunnels and pipeline installations along the route,which are constructed by China Railway 11th Bureau Group.The traditional construction method of building small tracks for pipeline transportation is limited by space,resulting in slow installation speed and low efficiency.Only 2-3 sections of pipes can be installed per day;The new trackless equipment developed by Anhui Xingyu Rail can meet a construction schedule of 6-8 sections per day and improve construction efficiency by 100%.

  Technical requirements:Install pipelines inside a 5500mm shield tunnel,with a weight of 32t,a length of 12 meters,and a diameter of 3500mm;The equipment should meet the installation and adjustment requirements of±200mm for both left and right,and±200mm for up and down during transportation;The lifting of large pipelines by two vehicles not only needs to meet the requirements of turning corners,but also needs to meet the functions of synchronous operation,adjustment synchronization,and separation.

  It took 50 days from receiving the customer's commissioned design and processing order to successfully install,debug,and conduct heavy load tests,completing the design,manufacturing,transportation,installation,debugging,and heavy load tests.The new equipment has applied multiple new technologies,processes,and materials,and fully possesses independent intellectual property rights.
