The first cross provincial subway in China,the Huaqiao section of Shanghai Metro Line 11(Anting Station to Huaqiao Station),is scheduled to start passenger trial operation tomorrow morning at 9:30 am.After the Huaqiao section is put into operation,it only takes 8 minutes from Anting in Shanghai to Huaqiao in Jiangsu,with a minimum ticket price of 3 yuan;From Huaqiao Station,it takes over an hour to enter the center of Shanghai.This will be beneficial for the travel of residents in both Jiangsu and Shanghai.

  Taking Xujiahui Station,which currently has a high passenger flow on Line 11,as an example,the ticket from Huaqiao Station to Xujiahui Station is 7 yuan.The subway authorities have confirmed that although the Huaqiao section is already a subway line operating across provinces,its ticket price remains consistent with the existing Shanghai subway fare system.

  It is understood that Shanghai public transportation cards and senior citizen cards can be used normally in the Huaqiao section.Kunshan Transportation Card can also be used normally in Shanghai Metro,but it cannot be used for value-added,capital transfer,card refund and other services,and does not enjoy relevant preferential policies.
