The second and third phases of Shanghai Metro Line 13 have entered the track laying stage.
On April 3rd,Pengpai News learned from Shanghai Shentong Metro Group that after the completion of the second and third phases of Line 13 in February this year,the track construction has also entered the construction phase.Currently,the entire line is undergoing short track welding construction,and it is expected to achieve full track completion by the end of May.
In order to achieve the goal of opening to traffic by the end of the year,the construction team continues to explore new technologies,and a new type of"tire type"track laying machine has been fully used in the track laying project of Line 13.The tire type track laying machine can adjust the height and span of the gantry crane according to construction needs.The tires of the gantry crane are made of rubber tires,and by adjusting the angle of the tires,the tires can walk perpendicular to the tunnel segments.
Due to its use of different structural forms for rapid span change,it is suitable for various working face constructions,reducing construction interference and significantly improving work efficiency.Compared with traditional track laying machines,the tire type track laying machine has the following advantages:firstly,it effectively solves the problem of insufficient lifting capacity of heavy track slabs and improves construction efficiency;Secondly,the tire type track laying machine does not require the installation of tracks and brackets,greatly reducing installation costs;The third is that the tire type track laying machine is a frame box type 8-wheel 4-drive mechanism,which reduces the impact on the safety of construction personnel and ensures operational safety.
The tire type track laying machine can also be combined with trackless transport trucks and tire type trackless mixing trucks to achieve full line trackless construction.According to calculations,the tire type track laying machine completes 50m/day(including base construction),while the traditional track laying machine completes 33.9m/day(including base construction),greatly improving construction efficiency.
The second phase of Line 13(Pudong section)has a total length of 10 kilometers and is equipped with 9 stations including Changqing Road Station,Chengshan Road Station,Dongming Road Station,Huapeng Road Station,Xianan Road Station,Beicai Station,Chenchun Road Station,Lianxi Road Station,and Huaxia Middle Road Station.The length of the third phase project is 5.3 kilometers,with three stations:Zhongke Road Station,Xuelin Road Station,and Zhangjiang Road Station.
