      On December 17th, the first slab of the track bed was poured in the shield tunnel section from the Majiayuan entrance and exit section of Nanjing Metro Line 7 to the left line of Xianxin Road Station, marking the practical effect of the self deformable wheel rail concrete construction vehicle produced by Anhui Xingyu Equipment Co., Ltd. in the full process trackless track laying test of the Nanjing Metro project, and creating conditions for subsequent track laying.

     The concept of 'trackless track laying' is not unfamiliar in subway track construction, but we are at the forefront of fully realizing trackless operations throughout the entire process nationwide Project manager Li Dong introduced it. Trackless track laying "refers to the use of tire type track cars, tire type track laying machines, and self deforming concrete tankers to replace traditional track flat cars, wheel rail track laying machines, and concrete hoppers for track laying operations. Compared to traditional subway track laying, "trackless track laying" not only has fast construction speed and simple procedures, but also has flexible use, convenient transfer, and higher automation level, greatly improving construction efficiency and reducing construction costs.

In the process of pouring the roadbed, the transportation of fresh concrete is crucial. In traditional construction, concrete transportation requires at least 3 transfers, and the loss of mortar during the process can lead to a decrease in concrete quality.
